We're looking for a thoughtful and organised Assembly Editor to join the post-production team for Field & Folk – a feature-length documentary (approx. 90 mins) exploring regenerative farming and rural resilience in the Cotswolds.

We’ve filmed a huge amount of compelling material, and now need someone to help us shape the project from the ground up. Working closely with the filmmakers, your role will involve:

• Building and labelling ~20 fully synced interviews in DaVinci Resolve

• Organising and tagging B-roll for easy access

• Collaborating on the early narrative structure

• Delivering a tidy, well-labelled project timeline ready for the next editorial phase

This is a paid freelance role with flexible hours and a fully remote setup. We’re especially keen to support local talent based in or near the Cotswolds, and will negotiate a rate based on experience.

The film is backed by local organisations including Cotswolds National Landscape, with festival submissions and public screenings planned.
